Light conveyors assemblies (series BGL)
Our lightweight tubular frame assembly is available in belt widths of 400, 500, and 650 mm and can be used with center distances from 2 m of up to 15 m. This conveyor system is ideal for light bulk materials in wood-processing industry, agriculture and construction sector. The BGL is available in galvanized or painted versions and can also be used as a mobile conveyor system thanks to a wide range of accessories. This conveyor system integrates well into plant systems.
Massive conveyors assemblies (series BGM)
Our solid conveyor assembly in tubular frame construction is available in belt widths of 500, 650, 800, 1000, and 1200 mm with center distances starting at 5 m and can be used cantilevered up to approx. 10 m. This BGM conveyor system proves to be ideal, especially for medium-weight bulk materials in the sand and gravel industry. The BGM is available painted or galvanized. The extensive range of accessories – from walkways to supports and chassis – is particularly noteworthy, allowing our conveyors to be expanded in a cost-effective and functional manner. On request, we can customize the BGM to your specific operating conditions to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility. This conveyor system integrates well into plant systems.
Heavy conveyors assemblies (series BGS)
Our heavy-duty conveyor assembly with tubular frame construction is available in belt widths of 500, 650, 800, 1000, and 1200 mm with center distances starting at 5 m. This BGS conveyor system is ideal for heavy bulk materials in the sand and gravel industry with spans of up to 20 m. Low conveyors assemblies (series NBFS)
Our low assembly in U-iron construction (U-160 and U-200) is available in belt widths of 500 up to 2000 mm with center distances starting at 2 m up to 30 m. This NBFS conveyor system is particularly impressive for recycling industries and confined spaces thanks to its low overall height. The NBFS models are available in painted or galvanized versions and offer a compact and flexible conveyor solution for demanding applications. The system functionality can also be extended with accessories such as silos and bunkers. This conveyor system integrates well into plant systems.
Land conveyors assemblies (series LB)
Our land conveyor assembly in U-iron construction (U-100) is available in belt widths of 500, 650, 800, and 1000 mm and can be used for center distances of up to 1000 m with center distances starting at 100 m up to 500 m. This LB conveyor system is ideal for transporting heavy bulk materials such as sand and gravel at ground level. Our LB models are available in painted or galvanized versions and offer a reliable solution for long conveyor distances. This conveyor system integrates well into plant systems.
Cargo conveyors assemblies (series SF)
Our cargo conveyors are particularly suitable for internal transport and are used, for example, for parcels in postal services or in the shipping departments of department stores. They impress with their compact design and are available in belt widths from 300 to 1400 mm and lengths from 1 to 30 m. On request, we design and manufacture conveyors according to individual specifications to ensure optimal integration into your operational processes.
