To strengthen our team in Hanover, we are looking for a Dispatcher / Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
• Dispatching hire equipment
• Co-ordinating transport operations
• Preparing and processing quotations
• Advising and supporting customers
• Actively implementing our quality and health and safety management systems

Your profile:
• Completed commercial vocational training
• You are a team player with a strong focus on quality and a pronounced customer-oriented approach
• You enjoy organising
• Confident and customer-friendly manner
• Experience in dealing with customers over the telephone
