We are looking to recruit, as soon as possible, a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) with managerial responsibility for our Workshop/Service division:

Your responsibilities:

– Repair and maintenance of aerial work platforms and motor vehicles, both in the workshop and on-site at customers’ premises
– Continuous streamlining of work processes
– Training of industrial apprentices
– Managing workshop staff, allocating tasks, supervising work, monitoring work progress and administering overtime
– Providing safety training to staff
– Obtaining and preparing quotations, purchasing and selling spare parts
– Stock orders and third-party repairs, costing, internal cost accounting and cost recording using EDV
– Monitoring the functionality and TÜV inspection dates of plant and equipment,
– Testing small electrical appliances
– Responsible for operational and occupational safety, as well as site regulations and grounds maintenance
– Final inspection of repaired and fully assembled equipment/machinery; UVV acceptance
– Handling complaints and claims
