– Torsion-free, solid tubular frame construction made of high-quality steel in accordance with DIN 2448 – Hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461 (rotating and attachment parts not galvanised)
– 3-piece trough-shaped support roller station, top, approx. 30° – 1-piece trough-shaped support roller station, bottom, approx. 0° – Support rollers with precision deep groove ball bearings type 6204 according to DIN 625 and permanent grease filling with double labyrinth seal to the outside
– One additional centring/steering station, top, bottom – In assemblies consisting of drive and deflection stations with intermediate pieces corresponding to the total length – Sections with stable 2-hole flange connections and fastening material
